10 Crafty Ideas To Do With Tiger Coloring Pages

Let’s make something fun, easy, quick, and free with these coloring pages!

1. Design an Animal-Themed Banner

Tiger-themed banners are a fun and engaging way to teach children about different creatures, particularly if you are teaching them about the rainforest.

Alternatively, you may make an alphabet banner with a different animal representing each letter using additional coloring pages of animals.

If you want your students to be involved, have them color the banner sheets. Give them a lot of crayons, paints, and markers!

2. Tiger-Themed Greeting Cards

If you have coloring pages of tigers, you can use them to make homemade greeting cards. To begin with, cut a tiger shape out of colored paper and glue it to the front of a folded item of cardboard. Inside, you can write a message such as “Stay Wild and Brave!” or “Have a Roaring Good Birthday!” These cards are perfect for sending birthday wishes, thank-you notes, or messages of encouragement. You can make them even more special by adding glitter, stickers, or hand-drawn wild scenes.

3. Tiger-Rooted Storybook

Building a storybook with a tiger theme using my coloring sheets would be an excellent assignment for either an art class or a geography lesson.

To make the book, you should download many copies of my tiger coloring pages (about five to ten pages for each student), and then have the children color them in, with one page being left aside for the cover of the book.

After that, huge pieces of colorful craft paper should be folded in half to make the book covers. The coloring pages should then be stapled into the crease, and the remaining tiger page should be pasted on the front of the book covers.

After you’ve bound the book, you may decorate the pages with index cards or let the children write their tale on the bottom of each page.

Encourage your children to incorporate at least one fact about tigers into their story, and reward them for being creative, to make the assignment more informative.

4. Tiger-Themed Door Hanger

A playful tiger door hanging would be a great addition to a classroom or child’s bedroom. Make a rectangle out of the cardstock, being sure to leave a top hole that is circular so it may be hung on a doorknob.

Next, glue a colorful tiger cutout onto the bottom half of the piece, and then add a phrase such as “Enter at Your Own Risk! A Tiger Lives Here!” or “Roaring in Progress—Do Not Disturb!” This craft is ideal for personalizing areas that have a theme that is centered around jungle adventures.

5. Tiger-Themed Story

While all students will require a coloring page for this project, it is quite similar to the storybook project mentioned earlier.

Make sure there are enough copies for every student. Then, let them choose their favorite tiger picture and color it in.

By using a poster board or a wide sheet of colored art paper, fold it in half to create a crease, and then paste the photo of the tiger onto one side of the board, leaving the other side of the board blank.

After that, have the children write a tale about a tiger or facts about tigers on line-ruled paper, and then have them paste it onto the opposite side of the board.

Have the kids tell their stories or studies to the class when they’re done with the project. For being creative, correct, and careful, you get points!

6. Tiger-Themed Wind Spinner

Make a tiger wind spinner out of bright colors that looks great when the wind blows it. The first step is to color a page that features a detailed tiger, and then use scissors to cut the page into a spiral pattern. Now, a little piece of thread should be attached to the center of the spiral, and then it should be hung close to a doorway, window, or outdoor area.

When the wind blows, the spinner will create an eye-catching display of tiger stripes and colors by slowly rotating in a circular motion. If you want to decorate outside, teach kids about wind, or just make a child’s room more fun, this craft is perfect.

7. Coloring Book of Tigers and Other Animals

I have another fantastic activity that you could use my tiger coloring pages for: creating a coloring book! You can make it all about tigers, or you can use my website to get other animal coloring pages.

For each book, I suggest downloading between 30 and 50 coloring pages. Then, use staples or a hole punch and fastening to put the pages together.

Next, make the book covers out of card stock or poster board. Make a crease in it by folding it in half, then glue the pages together to make a book.

Allow the kids to color a sheet of paper that will be stuck on the front cover.

This project is great for art class and will be fun for parents to see in the future.

8. Tiger-Themed Alphabet Cards

You can make some useful flashcards with the tiger coloring pages! Firstly, after coloring the tiger image, cut it out and attach it to a card that says “T” for Tiger.

Make additional cards that feature jungle animals or terms that are relevant to the jungle, such as “J for Jungle” or “S for Stripes.” Laminating these cards makes them sturdy so that they can be used for an extended time.

These flashcards are perfect for preschools, homeschools, and other early education settings where children learn to read and write.

9. Design a Personalized Journal

If your child’s sketchbook or diary requires some enhancement, consider creating a new book cover for them using my coloring pages that are based on tigers.

Pick out your child’s best tiger picture from my collection, print it out, and let them color it in. Another option to improve its quality would be to use a coloring app on your mobile device.

To stick the picture to the book cover, use Modge Podge or a similar paste.

I suggest decorating the cover with washi tape, bows, stickers, and other things to make it more unique.

10. Book of Pictures with Animals

Whether you are putting up a scrapbook for your family, your children, or a book of baby pictures, my coloring pages with a tiger theme would be an excellent addition to your project!

Aside from cutting out the silhouettes and using them as stickers or as page borders, you can also use the coloring sheets as layout backdrops.
